RICH PROTEINS IN DRY FRUITS







In Pakistan and other countries like India which have somethings common to tradition like food in those countries hakim saheban use wide varieties of dry fruits in medicines they make. ALLAH has been merciful for it that he made Pakistan rich in dry fruits which are full of proteins and are good for health like almonds, figs, pistachio, walnuts, pine nuts (chilghoza) dates (in Sindh and adjoining areas) and peanuts. Peanuts are very big in size and bear more seeds then peanuts grown in Sindh.
